Som Dalamon

Chief Executive Officer

Originally from Laos, Som has been living in Atlanta since 1981. He is known among his community as a man of great integrity and honesty. He is dedicated to providing personalized home care for the elderly and disabled people throughout Atlanta and its surrounding areas.

While attending school, he worked part-time, providing private duty care for the elderly in communities in Atlanta. Following his graduation from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, he was offered various positions at large companies involved in the design and manufacturing of OEM parts for automotive industries for over 20 years.

Later on in his career, an opportunity arose where his professional and personal qualities were required – providing home care services for seniors. Som was quick to recognize and answer his calling. As a result, he laid the foundation of Omega Home Care Services in 2013.

To ensure that Som and his team are able to provide clients and their families with the best care and expertise, all members of his staff go through a comprehensive course that’s focused on the health, well being, and social aspects of providing care services for the aging, which has earned him and his staff a distinction within the niche industry. Som and his staff are also certified dementia caregivers and Alzheimer’s caregivers, and they understand what’s required to ensure seniors and their families are safe and comfortable.

Som’s compassion and dedication to his dream, and his skilled and knowledgeable team of professional caregivers, nurses, and administrative personnel are able to provide an exceptional level of services that are tailored to the needs of the individuals.

Nhung Dang

Vice President, Client Consultant

Nhung attended DeKalb College, GA in 1996 where she studied Business and Accounting.  This provided her a solid foundation for starting a successful family owned and operated Nail Salon business for over 20 years and later she sold the business to another investor.  In 2013, she continued her education by taking up specialized courses to become a licensed health and life insurance professional and was quickly endorsed by the community for her offering and for helping the elderly enrolling in Medicare Advantage Plans.  She was recognized several years in a row as the top agent for writing the most Medicare Advantage policies.

Nhung is well known and highly trusted woman among the Vietnamese community due to her passion in providing high level of service for the community.  She is committed for the long terms in this profession to help the elderly and disabled individuals enjoying their quality of life at home and in the community environment for as long as possible, avoiding having to live in a nursing home. 

Nhung is loved by the community because of her ongoing support and active contribution to various non-profit organizations.  In addition to her volunteering service, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Naly Dalamon

Director, Payroll

Naly loves to provide elderly people with a high quality of life. She has a background as an Interior Designer and also works in the Payroll and Billing department of a prestigious company. During college in Spartanburg, SC, Naly took up Accounting, Culinary, and Interior Design courses.

Naly is a committed professional with experience in providing care for the elderly and disabled people. She meticulously solves major issues among her elderly clients due to her detail-oriented mindset that allows her to complete her assignments with impeccable accuracy.

When her mother fell ill, Naly took charge by assisting her with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, manicure, and dental care. Naly has hands-on working experience in a nursing home as part of her CNA training. During her free time, she volunteers at various communities and spreads awareness about her elderly care services. Naly enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Anna Yu

Account Manager

Anna graduated from Lagrange College with a bachelor’s in Biology with concentration in Psychology. She has professional experience in customer service, retail, and health care for over 12 years. With such an array of experiences, she is well-rounded, and well equipped to handle all scenarios. 

Anna is dedicated in providing top quality service and delivering white glove treatment to all those around her!  Her skills in critical thinking, customer service, and hard work ethic have reflected a positive impact on her business endeavors and in others around her. She has been acknowledged countless times for her excellence in service and has even been featured in her company newsletter and local news! 

During her free time, Anna enjoys spending her time with her family (including 2 shiatzus) and friends.  You can find her gardening or even participates in 5Ks that help fund great causes, such as local animal shelters.

Bee Morris

Community Outreach Manager

With a professional background in business administration, Bee’s passion transcends the service industry. As a community outreach manager, Bee strongly believes in delivering an exceptional quality of service and showing genuine compassion towards others.

Bee began her career in the payroll and HR department at American Embassy in Laos, where she showed her commitment towards delivering exceptional service quality and taking part in ongoing professional development.

Bee has been residing in Atlanta, Georgia, since 1976 and graduated from Gwinnett Tech with a degree in

Business Administration.  She retired from DeKalb County after a career that spanned 32 years, during  which time Bee served in the organization in various positions in the departments of law enforcement, roads and drainage, water and sewer, and revenue collection.

While Bee is no longer involved in the service industry, she is committed towards her passion of serving others, which has led her to get involved with various non-profits as a volunteer. She remains active in the community and volunteers at least 2 to 3 times a week at local High Schools and Colleges teaching Martial Arts.  She also competed in the Martial Arts State Championship Competition and won 8 years in a row.

Bee enjoys socializing, motor cycle riding, gardening, and, of course, volunteering.  She is loved by the community and is known for her contagious smile and friendly disposition towards all whom she meets. Her kind personality makes her an easy person to get along with, which is why people enjoy her company.  She is passionate about helping and educating the elderly and disabled individuals and how home-care programs can enhance their quality of life.

Walter Simmons

Licensed Practical Nurse

Walter Simmons’ career as a nursing assistant began nearly 20 years ago. Walter was motivated to complete his Associate of Science in Nursing degree and Licensed Practical Nurse qualification from DEKALB Community College, GA. Walter also has advanced certifications of the Red Cross CPR Instructor and Qualified State CNA Instructor.

As a licensed staff nurse, he has provided patient-focused care and has been on the LPN Standard Board that reviews all pertinent information regarding an LPN before making appropriate recommendations. Walter has also had the privilege of being on the Executive Committee of the Shared Governance Sub Councils and an active member of Nurse Practice Council of the Shared Governance.

During his entire nursing career, Walter has demonstrated and maintained a professional working relationship with his colleagues and superiors. Walter remains highly motivated and committed to delivering superior quality healthcare services by encouraging healthcare best practices as a nursing educator.
